i am not really sure i know one company was out of winnipeg and the other i am not sure where they were from in canada. one company shoots friday the next company shoots saturday its done to music its done at the lake if you google town of moosomin saskatchewan im sure there home page will come up and it will have info
they have it every august long weekend i do believe.

The competition last year was actually between 2 different entities of Canadian Pyro, same company basically competing against itself. For 2014, CanFire actually took on Paradise Fireworks out of Regina. Both shows were pretty good, but you can tell that budgets were not the same based on the amount of product put in the air.

We didn't stand a chance against CanFire! They reprogrammed the entire show after seeing ours and threw way over budget at us. 200 6" shells is a good way to blow w budget, but we still had a blast!
