Hey guys,
I decided to shoot some Vulcan shells that I never tried for the hell of it last weekend and to see if I wanted to add some to my Canada Day show.
Mortars fired:
White Glitter Crossette Red & White Peony
First fired the White Glitter, not impressed. Weak thump when fired and break was not to my standards. A lot of embers came down burning still but very small break.
Second was the Red & White Peony, impressive thump, break was nice and large with nice colors.
When walking back to the Fireworks Cave I wondered why the White Glitter did not have a nice thump/break as the Red & White Peony lol, you will see. Actually, this is more common then you think for fireworks in Canada. See pics below.

There's a bunch of videos on YouTube where people open up 3" 500g cakes in the US and find 1.25" shells. Pretty shocking, and very annoying.
