Very interesting read, for anyone that is not on display show site that's picking and assembly of display fireworks, new guidelines.
Purpose:
The aim of this document is to provide guidelines for the minimum requirements for sites where display fireworks (referred to as fireworks in the rest of the document) are handled and picking and/or assembly operations occur. Licensing of these sites is required by Part 5, of the Explosives Regulations, 2013, under Division 2 manufacturing certificates or factory licences.
