It says pyrotechnics display course. It then talks about two parts, one being theory and one being practical. Is this the Display Fireworks course or it is the Pyrotechnics course? I am assuming these are the Legal and Safety Awareness courses required by the ERD to certify for Pyrotechnics or Display Fireworks. Does the fee paid include the ERD fee of $100 for licensing? (maybe that's the practical part?) A product demo is required as part of all Pyrotechnics courses, so the Practical part confuses me.

This comes from BEM's facebook page .
It is the display fireworks course . It does not include the fee payable to ERD - That is another $100 after the course . According to BEM's Facebook page the Theory part is compulsory and the practical part is optional . The whole $225 covers supplies and insurance etc .
