Hey guys,
Is there any new fireworks in the making? I would love to see more detail fireworks mortars, like happy face, two half colours, stars etc.
What else would you like to see in the future?
Take care

I love watching Japanese shells on YouTube as they do some crazy things. I think the problem is we can't have shells big enough for any advanced patterns, even in the US where they can have the 1.75" reloadables that's not big enough. I did see some cool heart rockets that are US consumer product www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmsVJ_UGuToI think I read shells start to get interesting at the 6" mark, that's where they have enough space to do something cool. I am new to the fireworks game but it looks like new product does not come out all that often, as it costs a lot to get a product approved for sale, and there is only so much you can do with 25G of composite.

Are you looking for a consumer grade? Or display level effect shell?

I remember seeing that they were consumer grade actually and people in the states are starting to shoot them.

The US doesn't have the same authorization structure that we do in Canada. They can actually purchase 2" and 3" shells with reloadable cardboard/plastic mortars. At 3", you can get some basic shapes, hearts, you could technically make a mushroom shape.

Here is a video of a consumer USA cake made by Black Cat and is called Here's looking at you. This is the one you probably seen James.
