One of the places we tend to buy from is Maxpower Fireworks - based out of Brantford Ontario . They have 25% off all items . Large selection of cakes and great customer service .

No Lumadue - I don't work for Maxpower Fireworks . I am a private contractor - no affiliation to any company .
They have just treated us right in the last few years - ie they know something about customer service . As well they carry what I am looking for at a reasonable price .
I just noticed that they had that deal on and decided to point it out . As not all places are carrying the 9 big shot figured I would mention it . Save those that are going to shoot off the 9 big shot a buck or two .

I will have to agree that Maxpower is the best place to buy fireworks. 25% off retail prices if not more and the selection is fantastic, if you spend enough they wont even charge tax on top of that, great people to deal with.

I'll add another shout out to Maxpower! Picked up a large order last weekend and they were totally pleasant. Best prices i've seen in Ontario. Worth the drive to Brantford!

Picked up most of my May stash today at Maxpower, impressed as usual, they matched all prices on anything they had that redbomd was selling AND the prices advertised here from other sellers, all I had to do was ask. Customer for life here.

One of my guys was at Maxpower yesterday . Drove all the way from Ottawa to pick up his stash . Jeff actually carried it out to the guys Jeep - now that is beyond what most retailers do !! He received excellent prices and everything he ordered was in stock .

I'll add another recommendation for for Maxpower. I'm new to this hobby so I shopped around a bunch online. Maxpower has the best prices I could find online, and then Jeff knocked the price a bit lower yet based on the bundle of fireworks I was buying (and he threw in an "Ice Storm" for free). I will definitely shop there again. EDIT: Added a picture of my haul (looking forward to lighting these off next weekend)  |

I think his retail store is only opened the designated dates before holidays, but every time I have placed an order we've arranged a time for me to pick up my items. Both times have been weekends, if that helps.

Thanks I will check it out, I just saw on their site they even have a note that says "Pick ups can be arranged in the GTA at certain times" so maybe I don't even need to go to Brantford.

As has already been said, he has "regular" store hours in the week or so leading up to the various holidays (posted on his website), but he will happily meet you there outside of those times (at a mutually agreed on time). I went down on a Thursday after work (that's what worked for me). |
