Hi all, I have a friend that’s wanting me to put on a pyromusical for a birthday, he is refusing to only pay for the product and wants to pay me for the show also. My question is what values do you put on a show? Obviously all the firework cost, above that do you charge so much a que and an amount for audio, insurance etc??

I usually charge for set up and clean up time travel and make a % on the fireworks ...... also cost of renting music equipment and mixing the song(s)

Are you looking to make profit or just at cost?
What is your time worth?
I would agree with him to add up costs at the end of the night and be honest.
Don’t look a gift horse in the mouth. You better make sure the show rocks though lol

For sure cover cost, not wanting to make profit per say but looking to slowly pay off cobra system. Just wondering what people generally do so I'm not ripping him off nor selling myself short.
