I live in Vancouver and am a back yard pyro, meaning I have no licence/ certification. I live in a place where the fireworks noise does not bother people (I can have fun all yr). My yr round firework shop shut down after 15 yrs. Vancouver can be strict about yr round fireworks. Does anyone know of any yr round shops in Van or near by or sites that deliver to Van yr round / Craigslist or anything.
