There is no database with claims information that is available with this information. Each insurer has their own claims database, and they are not available to the general public.

Keeping in mind that not every injury leads to an insurance claim, and noting that this does not include physical property damage it is not possible to give you data on how common insurance claims are relating to fireworks based on this research.
