I’ve shot it before. Just don’t recall it being spread like that. Maybe it’s just the camera angle. Robo Spider - is actually a fan cake - shoots 3 shots at a time - just not very spread out . View Attachment

At 27 seconds that would be 2 Robo Spiders by Royal pyrotechnie . But it looked like a fan cake. Robo is a square cake no?

Well done Aaron. Great choice and variety of cakes.
What cakes were used at 0:27 and 2:12?

I like the cakes with ‘no ending’. When I do my shows, I hate having cakes that consistently have the token crackle finish. Just ruins the choreography.

I agree to this. That said, the accident occurred the day after the competition when they were removing mortars not shot the night before. I’d be curious what the Ministry of Labour finds after their investigations.

Reason we went with consumer was she also is into pyro and the items we used were her favourite consumer items at the time as well we would of been limited space wise with 1.3 g . Most of the fireworks were items that are no longer available ie Rozzi Silver Comet #5 and Rozzi Gold Comet #5 , Lightening Strike, Nuclear Blast and Voodoo Magic by Patriotic.( All excellent items ) Which impressed the heck out of her as she knew that these were hard to locate items . When he proposed it was all 1.3 g. Nobody does hearts in 1.4 g in Canada. You mean these?

Nice!
I love the effect of Mines. Use it frequently in my shows. Light up the Night too.
Red alert is shockingly really good for the size.
All good stuff!

Saw the Philippines in Montreal this year, it was incredible D I was out of the country and missed that show. Incredible on video. Can’t imagine in person.

So far based on the YouTube videos available for the companies participating....
Italy....latest one was five years ago Brazil....three years ago China....Celebration Fireworks is impossible to narrow down Finland....five years ago Vietnam.....Da Nang is a city in Vietnam that holds a fireworks competition so finding a show the company did is hard to find when searching. Canada .... I know Whysall’s work.
I’m all about one shots for pyromusicals so if I had to go watch a show it would be Finland based on what I see video wise. Anyway, that’s just my biased opinion. Anyone going??

That will be great. Hey Markhampyro! Yep no smoke . They are suppose to be clean burning - have to wait and see on that . They likely resemble the composition that would be in special effects pyrotechnics or close proximity pyrotechnics . Once they come in we will be testing them out .

No smoke? ? I agree with Bigtop - BEM'S Gold rain and snow storm fountains are good . BEM has some new ones coming out, a 6 pack of 3 inch gold fountains for $9.99 and a 7 inch silver fountain with no smoke for $9.99 ( Were still not in when I checked 2 weeks ago ) Hands has three that are pretty good - all silver though. Silver star Silver shower Mount Vesuvious The three pack on the Powerhouse website are actually Powerhouse brand fountains one is silver , one is gold and one is blueish .

What did you use to make the (more rapid fire) colourful cris cross pattern through out the show? That was a barrage. 91 shot kaleidoscope. I angled four at a time to create the crossing pattern. Love it.
