Hi, I was a little late in ordering my e-match from over seas. I have a question about my electronic firing system and I am wondering if Talon wires will work the same as the e-match did for my 12 channel firing system?
Please advise, Thanks.

Talons will work fine with that system. Should be able to fire two talons per cue if I am not mistaken.

I wouldn’t be advertising you obtained overseas ematches
Unless they’re on the authorized list

Aussie is right. Unless they are on the authorized list and you have an Import Permit don't import Ematches.
Ematches are an explosive under the explosives act and regulations.
Also Ematches are a very current issue with 2 very serious injuries happening in the past few years.
There are Ematches with chemistry not allowed in Canada that are much more sensitive to accidental ignition than the allowed chemistry.
From the explosives act
No import, export or transport without permit
(2) Except as provided by the regulations, no person shall, without a permit issued under this section, import or export, or transport in transit through Canada, any explosive.
21 (1) Except as authorized by or under this Act, every person who, personally or by an agent or a mandatary, acquires, is in possession of, sells, offers for sale, stores, uses, makes, manufactures, transports, imports, exports or delivers any explosive, or acquires, is in possession of, sells or offers for sale any restricted component, is guilty of an offence and is liable
(a) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both; or
(b) on proceedings by way of indictment, to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both
So my best advice is don't do that anymore.
Sorry to sound severe but I am just informing you of the trouble you could get yourself into.

If you have to light off a lot of Talons on one cue you can get a voltage booster that you can plug into the cue that can trigger a relay then you can have 40 talons or 80 ematches on one cue: And/or if you need more cues you can build a 16 cue extension relay board (that will add on to your existing system) very cheap that will give you 16 extra cues capable of shooting off 10 talons or 20 ematches per cue (if you use a 3s lipo battery for example). If you fire talons at 12v they won't be reusable, just FYI. -Jamie M.
