According to their website, only residents of Newmarket are permitted to attend.

It would seem that way, with the new measures in place I’d be surprised if any shows go off now
Clearly states no drive in events, huge fines for organizers and crews moving forward with outdoor events if they continue regardless if they have a permit or not
Show would be postponed until a later date.....or 2022 at this rate
Choice is in the organizers hands now
If your shooting a show, don’t risk it, all it takes is one complaint and bylaw will track you down

This is BS. Originally drive-in events were permitted during "lockdown". I know this for a fact because I checked it last week. Once again the government has changed the rules.

All we have to do is only go out for essentials, if we had played by the rules back in March/April maybe we wouldn’t be where we are today
That’s just me bitching at certain groups who think it’s a joke. I’m a full time firefighter and I’ve seen what Covid can do.
4 tubes sticking out of you when you go on a ventilator and you don’t get to see family as you enter that situation. The last person you may see isn’t family, it’s a nurse, with hope in their eyes but reality in their stomach....they may be the last person you see.
Rant complete
Is what it is, we’ll play on family day
Maybe by then people will want to avoid a third resurgence and maybe we get to have a Canada Day. That right now is on the line, I know all our May 24 shows are going to pull the chute.
One can only hope

Well put aussie!
I'm actually a bit surprised at how half baked this lockdown is. Business's can't really afford it, but I think it should be more encompassing. School is planned to resume before the 28 day lockdown period is up. Kinda weird.
If you need to shop, and there's a line up to get in, go elsewhere, or back home. In my opinion, avoid Loblaws brand stores. Their control system is ridiculous. Not much of a line to get in, but a line that runs through half the store to get checked out and outside is just dumb!
NO HOARDING!!!
Let's all stay smart and safe!
End of my rant.
How come aussie isn't capitalized? It always feels weird to type.
