quick newb question here when you want to buy ematches and fuse do you need an event approval letter for that? or just show them your certificate

Display assistants cannot buy fireworks accessories. Display supervisors can purchase them with a signed event approval form. However Pyrotechnicians can purchase them without an Event Approval. Yes I know that doesn't sound right and it isn't, we are working with ERD to change that. But until there is a change to the Regulations that be the way she is. And a seller that sells accessories without the proper documentation opens themselves to both legal liability and ERD questioning whether you should be in the business of selling fireworks. Which way are you trying to go? Get it so both licenses need a permit, or so neither need it? |
