I have recently started working shows for a local fireworks company. They have let me know they are liking what they are seeing so far and would like to put me on a path to becoming a display supervisor. I have already let them know that while i would consider upgrading in the future I would want to work more shows before i would be comfortable in upgrading but what other hints, tips or advise might you guys have to someone that is starting down the path to upgrading to a show supervisor?

Be available/reliable, pay attention to the experienced supervisors and always be looking for something to do (don't sit and wait until someone tells you what to do next).

As an untrained pyro fan, I have been watching to see what kind of advice the Pros would give. Felix's advice is perfect. We can all take that everywhere.
