Do backyard fireworks still happen in Vancouver on Halloween of did they get banned too?
I remember that you had to apply for a permit.

We can’t set off fireworks in Guelph unless it’s Victoria Day or Canada day. 😦

I didn't hear any fireworks here last night, but I did get 40 soaked kids at the door.
Did it rain out many shows?

Do backyard fireworks still happen in Vancouver on Halloween of did they get banned too? I remember that you had to apply for a permit. The whole city is firing them regardless of their legality. Couple of suburbs still permit firing fireworks on Halloween but I anticipate that number will slowly go decrease as time goes on. |
