You don't need a ticket. You need to see what local laws are for your town to see if you can open one up. Do you want to do this full time or just part time?
You need to have storage containers, also need to have a certain amount of fireworks per shelf etc, etc. If you want you can contact Mystical to give you some info.
Take care

Depends on what you want to do? A strictly fireworks store? Or just a small tent set up?
And you will need a magazine license if you exceed a certain weight limit.
As well, the business has to be insured, there is a full consumer retail guideline that ERD has posted on their website. Such as, using non sparking shelving with certain widths of separation. Behind counter out of reach of public.

Local by laws are gonna be huge to open one up. Just ask the your town/city. We had a great store move because it didn't have enough storage capacity in it and it was connected to other businesses, etc. So that's your first step.

see why i am asking is because within 2 hrs north south east and west of my area there is no where to buy fireworks and during the summer months people are always looking to buy them i think it could be a good little business during the summer months

Like Pyro said, first thing to do is check with your local municipality to see if you can. Usually they will allow for the summer months, like everywhere else in Ontario, all fireworks stores/tents open before the May 24 long weekend .
