I want some racks and i have the wood and i want them to be a little angled...can i get some help here ?

That looks pretty slick, but I think I'd go slightly further and not use screws that only go part way through. seems like it'll cause some pain/grief in the future, especially if you grab the inside to carry it.
Maybe drill through and use some long machine screws w/ nuts or wood dowels glued in instead. Candle racks are pretty simple though. If you do it like he did, maybe run the side boards along the full length of the rack so you can shoot angles OR straight up and down. then your rack will be a bit more flexible when setting up.

Good ideas Xplode. Ya, I would change those screws with bolts, ouch! I would NOT want to grab those screws when lifting the rack up.

Ya. I built one like Joel's. I used screws as well. To be honest it's a lot quicker and I've never impaled myself (touch wood). It's pretty easy. Just make sure your base is stable. If you want I can take a few pics of mine. Nothing pretty but it does the job.
