Does anyone know why we do not have reloadable mortar kits here in Canada? It would so cool to have these!

No idea why but its law,and its more safe that is the big reason i am sure,just like firecrackers ! we are not allowed to have them.

No reason why they can't be safe as long as we practice safe lighting. Oh well, we will see in the future!
