My name is Rob, I own salutes Pyrotechnic Productions out of Petawawa ON, I formed salutes last year and have been doing show in the Ottawa valley, looking forward to talking and learning about fireworks. |

 Hi all thanks for the welcome. Nope didn't jump right in, Here is my C.V. I am a retried Canadian Forces Ammunition Technician, I retired in 2009 after a 25 year career, upon retirement I excepted a civil service position at Garrison Petawawa as the explosive safety supervisor responsible for the devolvement of a explosive safety cell. I first started in professional fireworks displays while still in the forces in 2005,Conducted training in fall of 2005 assisted with several large scale Canada day events as well as several smaller events, I was placed in charge of Canada day event as a military member for several years, upon retirement from the forces I assisted the military in organizing the annual Canada day event. In 2013 I formed my Company " Salutes Pyrotechnic Productions" out of Petawawa, Have provided show for various events around the Ottawa Valley area and hope to provide more in future.
