Here is an interesting thing I just found out.Consumer fireworks need to have a bilingual label if not they are not authorized for sale in Canada.I do not know if this applies for the commercial fireworks or not.Does anybody know?

I'm pretty sure that rule stands for any retail product sold in Canada.
Although 1.3 isn't really retail so I don't know for sure.

I e-mailed Rachel Robbins at the ERD and the bilingual label also applies to the display fireworks also.

You don't really see much french labeling on the outer boxes for display fireworks, but the handling and information papers inside are bilingual.
