That's interesting news. Looks like they bought out Vulcan. There is a note on the vulcan website:
"BIG NEWS Andrea and I have sold our interests in Vulcan Fireworks to Mystical Distributing and are excited to pursue the next stage in our Life. It has been a pleasure to develop this premium line of Fireworks and to get to know each and everyone of our customers over the past 12 years. It may seem sudden to make this announcement but deals take time and this one is now done. Andrea and I are very excited to pursue our new project and I am confident that you are in Good hands with Mystical. Thank you for your past support and I wish you all the best in the future."

On a somewhat related note, is Hands out of the fireworks business? I noticed their site was down for a while, now I cant find it at all but I do find this www.hfipyrotechnics.com/"HFI, formerly Hands Fireworks, has provided design, testing and commercialization to products ranging from marine markers, trip flares, smoke grenades and drift indicators (military), to specialty commercial pyrotechnics products such as smoke device for war games, smoke pots for heating and air conditioning duct work testing, polar bear scare devices, fishing salutes and oil setting tool charges for oil well maintenance. More recently, HFI is becoming more involved with non-lethal technology, ranging from projectiles to defense sprays."
