I have 72 pieces and I have a suggested firing order all from Red bomb. Problem is, I have a 32 cue system. Should I just do 2-3 at a time per cue? Do some of the smaller ones by hand? Show is July 2nd, maybe I can do a smaller show on the 1st for a test run since it's first time using my cueing system. Suggestions?

That is pretty cool that they give you a recommended firing order!
Firing 2 off a single queue would work, but do you want 2 items going off at the same time? it could be fine for some items but I would not just wire eveything in the same order but do 2 to a queue, as it may not look right with the 2 different items going off at the same time.
I don't like hand lighting myself, but firing off some by hand could work well for you. Maybe wire up the end of the show so that you can get the best timing at the end, then light the first items by hand.
2 shows is always a good option, not sure of all the items you have here but lighting 72 items off individually may take some time. If some of them are single shots
You could always build a nailboard or get another module for your firing system, or another firing system if you have the money for that.

I do have another solution, but it's embarrassing. I have 6 of those Launch Kontrol boards, but I don't find they are reliable.

You can try fusing together with Canon Fuse,

I would agree with djwolf. The green canon fuse burns at about 1 second per inch. You can stagger the pieces so they can go off as the previous piece peters out. Personally, I love the adrenaline rush of hand fire. If you are to hand fire, use a road flare, proper PPE and ensure that the firework is well braced in place.

You can try fusing together with Canon Fuse, In the beginning, I used to buy a pack of Wiggly Worms and rip the tips off. That essentially gives you pieces of fuse that you could tape together to create your lengths. A bit ghetto but it totally worked.
