Hello,
Curious to see what everyone uses to edit songs for creating soundtracks. I currently use Sonar Home Studio 7 but wanted to look into other options.

Depends on what your looking for I use Wave Pad Masters Edition, audacity, Hire a local Music Production company

I take my music to a sound guy and he and I sit down and edit to what I need hes got some program to cut and edit songs

I've done it in Audacity in the past. Free and relatively easy after a couple youtube tutorials, but I'm just fading tracks together, not mashing or creating anything complex... Wish I had the skills to do something more advanced!
