Bought my fireworks from Halfprice Fireworks this year. You don’t need a membership and their prices are comparable to MAXPOWER (although their selection is not quite as good). I would say buy depending on where you live. MAXPOWER’s shipping costs to BC ended up being the deciding factor for me as it was so far from them that the cost of shipping could have paid for another cake or two.

Halfprice Fireworks, (aka Phatboy) is opening a retail store in Brantford. Advertising 50% - 60% off everything. I will assume it includes all the Pyrocan items as well. Might be worth the trip to Brantford or at least a price match for their closer locations.

Phatboy advertises being cheap however whenever I have gone to their popup stores in London their prices have always been more expensive than online/similarly priced to rocket fireworks. I've pretty much decided to only exclusively buy from Maxpower or Supernova fireworks, all other places I've seen are far more expensive.

Halfprice is operated by the same people who run Phatboy but is operated (and priced) differently to compete with Maxpower and other online retailers who offer “closer” to wholesale pricing. Phatboy pop ups are more accessible and are probably aimed at consumers who are looking for convenience while halfprice is primarily online and likely geared towards those who might be looking to buy more and stretch their buck a bit further. Hope that helps!
